We ensure that
Seva Care has an active commitment to training and development of all staff and recognizes this is an essential feature in the quality of care and to the best standard. Each staff member holds a minimum NVQ 2&3 in Health and Social Care and based on each Individual’s Support Plan and the level of care needed the staff are to receive further training specific towards peoples’ needs: Makaton, Epipen, Adult Safeguarding etc.
Seva Care will work closely with social workers and the health team to ensure people’s needs are met.
Our Person Centred Plan is tailored to assist people to plan their needs and support. It is designed to facilitate, increase and improve independence and involvement within the community. The Service Manager will carry out an assessment with the person and parent/carer so that together they can identify the person’s needs and the objectives they want to achieve. Both parties can then develop a Support Plan to help achieve the goals. Our key workers will build a positive relationship with the individual to promote change and will work with them to implement their plan, coordinating their support and arranging activities as required.
