“We saw during our inspection that the staff responded quickly to people's non-verbal communication to ensure they were supported appropriately. The staff we spoke with were knowledgeable about people's likes and dislikes, how they preferred to be supported, and their personal histories. One relative told us, "The staff are very kind and helpful."
