Our service users had an amazing experience of pilates during a group matwork class conducted by Shivani a renowned plates instructor in London.

The class was conducted in a safe and nurturing environment. Exercises for the sessions were tailored to the individuals abilities and special needs. The service users thoroughly enjoyed the session, we are happy to facilitate such innovative activities for our individuals.

Sudbury house – Annual holiday

12/7/2019

Seva Care Group treats the service users living in our residential homes to an annual holiday. This year the service users and a few members of staff were treated to an action-packed holiday at Highfield Grange, an ideal seaside getaway in Essex.

The group of 4 service users in the age range of 40 – 60 were accompanied by 3 members of the Seva care team.

They travelled very comfortably in the Seva transport minibus, which helped them to do a lot of sightseeing in the near by area. It also enabled them to take small stop offs at different places of interest.

Seva Care Group is glad to share with you that we are now introducing new and innovative hubs with multiple activities to support people with learning disabilities. Along with social care and outreach activities , we now provide educational services at our newly launched Flying Saucer Café. The Worshipful The Mayor of Harrow, Councillor Nitin Parekh inaugurated Seva Education on the 26th June 2019, along with the students and members of our team. The café is present in the heart of Harrow and Wealdstone, specially designed for young adults who would like an opportunity to be supported to work in a vibrant cafe environment.

For young adults with EHCP, we provide various AQA unit award schemes and ASDAN short courses depending on their choice and needs. As a part of the Seva Care family we would like to share a glimpse of the event with you. We are glad to be working on creating various facilities that focus essential life skill education from the various real-life environments such as The flying saucer café, Farm allotments, Independent living flats and other Park hubs.
If you need any more information about our educational programs or you wish to visit the cafe, please call us on 020 8422 2999 (Dial option 0)
