Pilates session

Our service users had an amazing experience of pilates during a group matwork class conducted by Shivani a renowned plates instructor in London.

The class was conducted in a safe and nurturing environment. Exercises for the sessions were tailored to the individuals abilities and special needs. The service users thoroughly enjoyed the session, we are happy to facilitate such innovative activities for our individuals.
